How much space does the 360 booth need?
We recommend at least a 10x10 foot area with access to a standard power outlet. This gives enough room for the booth, lighting, and guests to move comfortably.
How far in advance should I book?
We suggest booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for weekends and holidays. Popular dates can fill up quickly.
Do you provide setup and teardown?
Yes, setup and teardown are always included. We arrive about an hour before your event to make sure everything is ready to go.
Can I customize the video overlay?
Absolutely! Each package includes a custom overlay. You can share your event theme or logo, and we’ll design one that fits your style.
Do you travel outside of Oklahoma City?
Yes, we travel all over Oklahoma! A small travel fee of $50 applies for events outside the OKC metro area.Can I customize the video overlay?
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes about 30 to 45 minutes. We always arrive early to make sure everything is ready before your event starts.
How do guests receive their videos?
Videos are shared instantly text message so guests can download and post right away depending on the service in the area. If there is access to Wifi, the videos will process faster.
What happens if my event runs longer than planned?
No problem! You can add extra time for $100 per additional hour, depending on availability.
