Introducing The Guest Gallery: Every Guest's Photos, One Event Gallery

We're excited to add a new add-on feature to 360 Photo Lounge packages: The Guest Gallery.

Here's the problem it solves. At every event, your guests are snapping their own photos and videos on their phones. Someone's got the perfect candid of the first dance, someone else caught a funny moment on the dance floor, and another guest got a great group shot outside. All of that ends up scattered across everyone's individual camera rolls, and most of it you'll never actually see.

The Guest Gallery brings it all together in one place, live, during your event.

How it works

We'll place QR codes around your event, usually right on the tables, so guests can spot them easily without anyone needing to explain what to do. Guests just scan the code with their phone camera, no app to download, and it opens right up in their browser.

From there, guests have three options:

• Take a branded overlay photo with your custom event design

• Record a quick video, no overlay

• Upload photos or videos they already took on their phone

Every single upload, whether it's from the booth, an overlay photo, a video, or a personal camera roll upload, lands in the same shared online gallery. So by the end of the night, you're not just left with your own 360 booth content. You've got a full, crowdsourced collection of everyone's favorite moments in one spot.

Why it's worth adding

Photo booth content is great, but it only captures what happens at the booth. The Guest Gallery captures everything else, the toast, the surprise entrance, the candid laughs at the table, the stuff your guests notice that a booth never will.
